I worked my way from intern to CEO of a vegan health food company. Yes, my Italian self gave up gluten and went vegan for one whole year. I helped raise venture capital, built my consulting business to six figures, and coached incredible entrepreneurs on the side.

I thought six figures would feel like the coolest thing ever. But when I got there, I felt empty. I sat at my computer and Googled, "How do I find my purpose?", and that search changed my life more than the money ever did.

He Led me To Reiki 

When my dad, who was truly also my best friend, passed away, I felt like I lost the one person on the planet who really knew me and believed I could be anything I wanted to be. I felt hollow. A friend practically dragged me into my first Reiki healing circle, and for the first time in a year, I felt my dad's presence again. That one experience cracked something open in me.

I put my skepticism aside and began working with my Reiki teacher weekly for a few months. Little by little, I started to feel my way back to the little girl who believed in magic.

Cool, So I Guess I'll Blow Up My Life Now

During a Reiki session, I experienced my first truly prophetic vision. I saw a man who, in the deepest part of me, I knew was my future husband. I'd never felt so loved, so cherished, so completely seen. Tears streamed down my face as I sat with the undeniable truth of what I had just experienced.

There was only one problem: he wasn't the man I was engaged to.

Not long after, I made the heartbreaking decision to call off my engagement and trust the quiet voice of my intuition. I followed the feeling of love across the world, and it led me to the depths of the Amazon rainforest, the rolling countryside of England, and ancient shrines tucked away in Puglia, Italy.

Kicking & Screaming Into My Purpose 

It was not an easy choice to begin teaching Reiki. In fact, I kinda kicked and screamed my way into it. My identity was very wrapped up in being a "Forbes-featured business coach," and I had every doubt you could imagine, from "How will I make money?" to "People will judge me for being a healer." But I could hear my dad and a higher power whispering at every step: spread the Love from a pure place, and you will always be provided for. And that voice was right. I fully devoted myself to studying women's intuition, energy healing, and the sacred feminine, and never looked back.

Wait, am I psychic?

I met the man from my vision. The gray streaks in his curly hair. The tattoos. His heart. His devotion. He wasn't just everything I'd written down. He was even better.

That same year, I hosted my very first Reiki retreat, bringing women together to reconnect with themselves, their intuition, and the kind of love that begins within.

Heaven on Earth

I live in the Hudson Valley, New York with the love of my life. My days are filled with retreats, writing, long walks in the woods, beautiful dinners with friends, and helping women remember who they are.

Since then, I've hosted six retreats, certified intuitive practitioners around the world, and supported hundreds of women in trusting themselves again, creating lives and loves that feel like heaven on earth.
